At Kilim Egypt, we take pride in the fact that every piece is a unique work of art, handcrafted specifically for you upon your request. Due to the authentic handmade nature of our products, please consider the following:
• Artistic Authenticity: Since our products are handmade and not mass-produced, slight variations in color shades (2-3 degrees) or minor differences in patterns are expected. These variations are a testament to the manual craftsmanship and the soul of the artist.
• Made-to-Order: Each item is custom-made for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.
Eligible Cases for Returns:
We take full responsibility and accept returns only in the following scenario:
• If the received product is completely and fundamentally different from the images shown or the specifications requested in your order (a major discrepancy in design or size).
Note: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condtion.

في كليم مصر، نحن نفخر بأن كل قطعة هي عمل فني فريد يُصنع خصيصاً من أجلك بمجرد طلبك. وبسبب طبيعة العمل اليدوي الأصيل، نرجو ملاحظة ما يلي:
• روح الفن والأصالة: بما أن منتجاتنا يدوية وليست إنتاجاً آلياً، فمن الطبيعي وجود اختلاف طفيف في درجات الألوان (بمعدل درجتين أو ثلاث) أو في تفاصيل اللمسة النهائية بين كل قطعة وأخرى. هذا ما يجعل قطعتك فريدة ولا تشبه غيرها.
• التصنيع حسب الطلب: يتم البدء في تنفيذ القطعة فور تأكيد طلبك، لذا نعتذر عن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات لمجرد تغيير الرأي.
حالات الاسترجاع المقبولة:
نحن نتحمل المسؤولية كاملة ونقبل الاسترجاع في حالة واحدة فقط:
• إذا كان المنتج المستلم يختلف كلياً وبشكل جذري عن التصوير المعروض أو المواصفات المطلوبة في الطلب (اختلاف جوهري في التصميم أو المقاس).
ملاحظة: يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 48 ساعة من استلام المنتج، بشرط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه.
